Mission
THE PRIMARY PURPOSES OF THE ORGANIZATION ARE TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT AND USEFULNESS OF PSYCHOLOGY AS A SCIENCE, AS A PROFESSION, AND AS A MEANS OF PROMOTING HUMAN WELFARE. TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE, TRAINING, AND THE PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL CONDUCT OF THE MEMBERSHIP. TO PROMOTE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND THE INCREASE AND DIFFUSION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE.

- ANNUAL CONVENTION AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS PROVIDED TO THE MEMBERSHIP.
- PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS AND ACT AS ADVOCATES AND A RESOURCE FOR MEMBERS TO KEEP THEM ABREAST OF THE LATEST ISSUES AND DEVELOPMENTS IN THEIR PROFESSION.
