EDUCATION AND TRAINING INCLUDED: CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF YOUTH AND TEEN MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID; CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF TEAM TWO, A STATEWIDE TRAINING FOR MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS WORKERS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT; IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RESOURCE PARENT CURRICULUM TRAINING THROUGH NETWORK AGENCIES; AND MORE.SUPPORTED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MENTAL HEALTH URGENT CARE PROGRAMS IN FIVE AREAS OF THE STATE. SUPPORTED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A STATEWIDE VIDEO DIRECTLY OBSERVED TREATMENT (VDOT) PROGRAM.Expenses $2,412,065
