THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF MSP IS TO ENABLE MULTICARE HEALTH SYSTEM (MULTICARE), A WASHINGTON NONPROFIT CORPORATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION501(C)(3) OF THE CODE, TO COMBINE MULTICARE'S ONCOLOGY SERVICES WITH THE ONCOLOGY SERVICES CURRENTLY PROVIDED BY RAINIER PHYSICIANS, PC, A WASHINGTON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CORPORATION (RP), THROUGH NORTHWEST MEDICAL SPECIALTIES, P.L.L.C., A WASHINGTON PROFESSIONALLIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (NMS), ALL WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF EXPANDING THE ACCESSIBILITY IN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON TO HIGH-QUALITY, COST-EFFECTIVE, AND PATIENT-CENTRIC ONCOLOGY SERVICES TO FULFILL AN UNMET COMMUNITY NEED.
