Mission
Qii conducts charitable scientific research to identify and strengthen undervalued innovation capital, making Regenerative Intelligence (RI) economically viable, transferable, and equitable for entrepreneurs, communities, and public institutions. This work is rooted in the M3-Theory Strategic Decision-Making Under Uncertainty doctoral research (Roelofse, 2017), ensuring the structural fidelity of the scientific research protocols in alignment with the expense accounting reported in Part III, Lines 4a-4d.
Program accomplishments
- Applied Methodological Research & Initiative Design: Developed and structured M3 Strategic Decision-Making Under Uncertainty (Roelofse, 2017) research initiatives to isolate and map systemic barriers to innovation access, capital formation, and founder pathways. This research establishes the baseline for an Architecture of Integrity designed to prevent extractive economic practice.0
- Participatory Learning & Field Testing: Supported community-based research pilots and founder narrative labs to deploy and field-test Regenerative Intelligence (RI) protocols. This effort focused on establishing ethical innovation practice learning environments and demonstrating the co-creation of knowledge, trust, and community capacity.0
- Systemic Analysis & Knowledge Generation: Conducted outcome analysis of entrepreneurship data and research outputs using the Regenerative Intelligence (RI) framework to identify and document systemic barriers. The objective was to generate actionable knowledge that strengthens ethical intelligence methods to establish equitable and resilient economic pathways.0
- 4d) Public education & transparent communication system feedback loops - Developed curriculum, public-learning tools, and narrative publication pilots focused on Regenerative Intelligence (RI) methodology to strengthen inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems and civic learning.0
