Mission

Our mission is to provide meaningful job opportunities for adults with disabilities, who often face significant barriers to traditional employment. Through our work, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of our team members and the broader community, demonstrating that with the right support and opportunities, everyone can flourish.
Program accomplishments
- In 2025, Happy Day Plants advanced its nonprofit mission of providing meaningful employment and skill-building opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through its inclusive retail plant shop and community-based programming.
