IMPROVING COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGH EDUCATION, ENGAGEMENT, AND ACCESS TO RESOURCES
Program accomplishments
- During the fiscal year, EnVision Resolution Foundation continued advancing its mission to promote health, wellness, and equity through community-based programs. The organization implemented Barbershop Real Talk, a recurring men's health and wellness series that created safe spaces for open dialogue on blood pressure management, mental health, fatherhood, and financial stability while connecting participants to local resources and health screenings. More than 200 individuals participated throughout the year. In addition, the Foundation led a summer Barbershop Health Initiative offering free screenings, blood pressure checks, and education on chronic disease prevention to over 100 community members.
