WE UPLIFT INDIVIDUALS THROUGH HIGH QUALITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES, ROOTED IN LOVE AND COMMUNITY CONNECTION. - CLINICAL CARE: HEALTHCARE DELIVERED TO MEET CLIENTS WHERE THEY ARE THROUGH A MOBILE CLINIC AS WELL AS TELEHEALTH OPTIONS. ANNUALLY WE PROVIDE 2,000+ CLINICAL ENCOUNTERS, 1,500 VACCINES, AND 800+ MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY SESSIONS. COMMUNITY PROGRAMS (CRIBS FOR KIDS, PIKO PALS, COMMUNITY BASED DOULA, AND LACTATION LOUNGE) SERVING ~ 200 CLIENTS ANNUALLY.Expenses $2,138,597 · revenue $170,896
