WAS FORMED FEBRUARY 13, 1987, TO ACQUIRE AN INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA AND TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THEREON AN APARTMENT COMPLEX PROJECT (PROJECT) OF 75 UNITS, UNDER SECITON 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROJECT IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE PROJECT'S MAJOR PROGRAM IS ITS SECTION 223(F) LOAN.
