RUBIO REMAINS COMMITTED TO REBUILDING DAMAGED INFRASTRUCTURE AND CONTINUING TO MAKE SUBSTANTIAL SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS.Expenses $3,333,755
