AT THE END OF FISCAL YEAR 2023 SKYLONDA MUTUAL WATER COMPANY SOLD ALL NON-FINANCIAL ASSETS FOR $1 TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY CAL WATER. WE CEASED DELIVERING WATER COLLECTING PAYMENTS AND LAID OFF OUR ONLY EMPLOYEE. WE EXIST AS A SHELL COMPANY UNTIL 2027 AS A CONDITION OF THE SALE.

WE CEASED DELIVERING WATER AND COLLECTING PAYMENTS FOR WATER SERVICE. WE LAID OFF OUR ONLY EMPLOYEE. AS A CONDITION OF SALE WE ARE MAINTAINING OUR EXISTENCE AS A 501 C12 CORPORATION FOR 4 YEARS UNTIL AUGUST 2027 TO ASSIST AS NEEDED IN THE TRANSFER OF SERVICE TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY. WE WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW OUR BY-LAWS UNTIL WE CAN CLOSE THE CORPORATION IN AUGUST 2027.0
