D) TO PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO THE MEMBERSHIP INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO SAFETY, RURAL HEALTH, AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ETC.
