IT IS ONE OF THE GRANDEST NIGHTTIME ILLUMINATED PARADES IN THE U.S.; THE OLDEST AND THE BIGGEST CELEBRATION OF ASIAN CULTURE OUTSIDE OF ASIA.STARTED IN THE EARLY 1900'S AS A MEANS TO EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY ABOUT CHINESE CULTURE.
