Program accomplishments
- Our organization specializes in providing safe, stable housing and nutritious, homemade meals to youth aged 18-25 who are experiencing homelessness. We are dedicated to creating a clean, welcoming, and well-managed environment that fosters dignity, respect, and healing. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality customer service and creating a true sense of home for young adults in need.A key aspect of our success is our partnership with the DBH-TAY program, where we work closely to support youth transitioning from homelessness to independent living. Our house manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the daily operations are executed with responsibility, professionalism, and care.We maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment, offering a space where youth can focus on personal growth and stability. The provision of healthy, homemade meals is integral to the well-being of our residents. This not only ensures they receive proper nutrition, but also provides the comfort of home-cooked meals, which significantly contributes to their physical health and mental wellness. Our strengths also lie in offering a stable environment that contrasts with the previous living conditions many of our clients have faced. The clean, organized house, located in a safe, well-kept neighborhood, provides a reassuring foundation. This environment helps clients feel supported, valued, and hopeful as they work toward their future goals. In 2025, the program maintained stable occupancy and continued providing safe housing and comprehensive supportive services to transitional-age youth. A key milestone for the year was the opening of our new location in Fontana, CA which expands our ability to offer stability, a nurturing environment, and essential emotional and mental wellness support to the young people we serve. We are proud to share that we met our service goal for the year, fostering an empowering environment where youth can heal, grow and build the foundation for long-term independence.Expenses $87,707
