THE MISSION OF THE LAGUNA BEACH EDUCATION ENDOWMENT AND CAPITAL FUND IS TO PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE IN OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGH LONG-TERM PRIVATE FUNDING.
