THE PAYMENTS COALITION IS A CONSORTIUM OF GLOBAL PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND MONEY TRANSMITTERS WHOSE MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE ON STATE POLICY MEASURES THAT PROVIDE FOR AN INNOVATIVE, COMPETITIVE, AND SECURE PAYMENTS ECOSYSTEM IN THE UNITED STATES.
