Mission
Said corporation is organized exclusively for religious purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. These purposes include but are not limited to preaching and teaching the doctrine of the Bible, training and counseling people, performing Christian worship and music, providing charitable assistance, and evangelizing the world by participation in domestic and foreign missions.
Program accomplishments
- In 2025, we directly provided formal religious services to over 100 people. This included weekly fellowship opportunities for a recurring group of 42 adults and children. We trained 10 ministry leaders in effective, solution-focused, and biblical counseling from four local congregations. This counseling training is a certified program through Hope for the Heart and Plano, TX-based counseling ministry, which reaches hundreds of thousands of Christians through its programs. These trainings provided through New Ground Ministries equipped local leaders to better meet the needs of their congregants and local community members. We also provide support to leaders as they deal with people in crises and bear the heaviness of a life of full-time ministry. Through these trainings, we have indirectly ministered to over 200 people. We also provided one-on-one Christian counseling and discipleship services to 45 individuals, couples, and families. These accomplishments do not include the informal reach we maintain in our community when we connect with local community members through coffee shops and local events to share the joy and love of Jesus.Expenses $6,046 · grants $1,075
