Mission

SaltExchange is a national community of philanthropists united by a shared mission to work collectively to address some of the world's most urgent and complex challenges. We equip donors with the data, tools, and strategic partnerships needed to catalyze systemic change through coordinated, high-impact giving.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • We achieve our mission through five core program areas: Community Engagement, Resource Aggregation, and Strategic Connections: Curating events, learning experiences, and opportunities that foster peer learning, prayer, and collaboration-empowering philanthropists to build community and access the resources they need to drive impact. Ecosystem Mapping: Analyzing the systems and actors surrounding a given issue to identify root causes, funding gaps, leverage points, and promising interventions. Research & Data Analysis: Producing in-depth, data-driven reports that synthesize critical information and empower philanthropists to make informed, strategic decisions. Technology & Infrastructure: Building an online platform that aggregates data, fosters collaboration, and tracks progress across initiatives. In a philanthropic landscape that often feels individualized, siloed, and duplicative, SaltExchange serves as a catalyst for change. We provide unique ecosystem insights and unite diverse leaders to make giving more accessible, transparent, and focused-redefining what's possible when philanthropists work together to address society's most pressing issues.
