Mission
Public Charity helping marginalized youth impacted by foster care and similar experiences. Common Thread provides free events, classes and courses focused on life skills, mental health resources and joy and connection.
Program accomplishments
- Common Thread hosted 55+ free events, serving over 500 local youth by providing access to events focused on life skills, mental health resources and joy and connection and mentorship. We reached youth who would otherwise lack access to these opportunities. We are advised by a teen board of 15 youth in the community who help guide our programs,services and events.Expenses $29,757
