Mission
The Boy Scouts of America Longhorn Council Endowment Foundation, Inc. ("Endowment Foundation") was formed to create and administer and endowment fund for the benefit of the Heart O' Texas Council, Boy Scouts of America, DBA Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America.
