Mission

Choices That Count is a seven 7module prevention-focused program designed for youth and young adults to support healthy decision-making emotional resilience and long-term well-being. The curriculum combines plain-language instruction real-life scenarios and practical coping tools to help participants understand how stress trauma and environmental influences can contribute to substance use and how to interrupt those pathways through informed healthy choices.

Program accomplishments

  • Through prevention-focused education youth-centered engagement and intentional listening participants strengthened their decision-making skills built healthy coping strategies and increased awareness of the risks associated with substance use.
