PROVIDE RESEARCH GRANTS TO INDIVIDUAL RESEARCHERS, RESEARCH TEAMS AND INSTITUTIONS ON SPECIFIC THEMES OF RELEVANCE TO THE ARAB REGION. PROVIDE FELLOWSHIPS TO POSTDOCTORAL SCHOLARS, CREATE WORKING GROUPS AND WORKSHOPS ON ARAB REGION TOPICS
