Mission
TO PROMOTE, UNITE, AND REPRESENT THE INTERESTS OF ALL ITS COLLECTIVE MEMBERS. THE ASSOCIATION GIVES ITS MEMBERS A VOICE AND PROMOTES LOYALTY AMONG ITS MEMBERS.
Program accomplishments
- THE NATIONAL LACROSSE LEAGUE PLAYERS ASSOCIATION IS THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT OF THE PLAYERS IN THE NATIONAL LACROSS LEAGUE. THE ASSOCIATION WORKS TO IMPROVE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR PLAYERS IN THE LEAGUE, EDUCATES ITS MEMBERS ABOUT TOPICS IMPACTING PLAYERS' EMPLOYMENT, AND SERVES AS THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT FOR CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN THE PLAYERS AND THE LEAGUE. THE ASSOCIATION MAINTAINS A ROBUST WEBSITE WITH A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL.Expenses $238,602
