THE FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES AS SET FORTH IN ITS ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. THE FOUNDATION SHALL DEVELOP FUNDRAISING PROJECTS AND APPROVE FUNDING OF RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS RELATED TO COLON AND RECTAL DISEASE.
