THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO MAINTAIN AND OPERATE SUGAR HOUSE PARK FOR THE RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL, HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL ENJOYMENT OF ALL PERSONS.
Program accomplishments
- SUGAR HOUSE PARK AUTHORITY OVERSEES PARK OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT UNDER AN INCORPORATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN SALT LAKE COUNTY AND SALT LAKE CITY. IN 2024, THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN CONSTRUCTION OF ONE NEW PAVILION. IT ALSO INVESTED IN SURFACE REPAIRS, INFORMATIONAL SIGNS, IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS, AND THE INSTALLATION OF TWO BENCHES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RENTS ITS PAVILLIONS TO THE PUBLIC.Expenses $657,984 · revenue $118,656
