Mission

TO OFFER WHOLE-LIFE DISCIPLESHIP FOR THE WHOLE OF LIFE TO THE PEOPLE SEEKING THE FLOURISHING OF OUR NATION.

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • In 2025, Faithful Presence continued its mission of equipping servants and leaders in the public square through whole-life discipleship. Our Washington-based cohorts continued to meet, providing sustained formation for Christians serving in executive agencies, think tanks, NGOs, and policy centers. Our subscription base grew by 50%, reflecting an expanding reach beyond the immediate D.C. cohort community. In November, we hired our first Ministry Resident, who has taken on significant responsibility for communications, content production, and podcast operations. This addition has materially expanded our organizational capacity and freed our President to focus on theological development, donor cultivation, and strategic planning. We completed and published our first long-form, whole-life discipleship resource - a 14-week curriculum on 1 Peter for Christians living as elect exiles in the public square. This represents the first volume in a planned series of whole-life discipleship resources for the public square. The second is already underway. Our President was invited to speak at five churches and two conferences during the year, broadening the ministry's footprint and deepening relationships with local congregations seeking to equip their members for faithful engagement in the public square. In late 2025, we also added four compensated, nationally-recognized Senior Fellows who provide theological accountability and scholarly credibility to our work, and our President was invited to serve on the steering committee of an international initiative on apologetics and discipleship in the public square. Financially, 2025 was a tight year. While the loan from our officer was forgiven and reported as a contribution, we ended the year carrying approximately $10,000 in credit card debt as we prioritized maintaining ministry momentum and staff investment over short-term financial conservatism. The organization is on track to be debt free in mid 2026. We believed - and the early indicators of 2026 have confirmed - that the capacity built in 2025 would unlock fundraising growth in 2026. As of this writing, 2026 fundraising has already surpassed all of 2025. With the family medical crisis that consumed much of 2022 and 2023 and limited our President's fundraising capacity in 2024 now fully resolved, 2025 marked a return to full operational tempo. The combination of restored presidential capacity, the addition of our Ministry Resident, a reorganized Board of Directors and the completion of our first published curriculum positioned the ministry for the significant expansion underway in 2026. In 2026, we anticipate launching our President's first full-length book on whole-life discipleship for the public square; relaunching our website and visual identity to better serve our growing audience; completing our second curriculum volume on the Sermon on the Mount; and expanding our staff capacity through the addition of a Chief of Staff to support organizational operations as the ministry scales. As of this filing, all past credit card debt and loans have been paid. We expect to end 2026 in a very strong financial position.
