The program strengthened Latino food systems by convening a 15-business cohort, developing a community-informed Latino food system definition, and publishing culturally grounded nutrition recommendations in partnership with Latina nutritionists. The program reduced barriers to social services and wellness through elder engagement events, mental health listening sessions, and FAFSA support in partnership with Highline College.
