Program accomplishments

  • IN 2024, WE WORKED TO ESTABLISH FOUR AGENDAS OF THE ORGANIZATION THAT WOULD DRIVE HOW WE SERVE OUR MEMBERSHIP, WHAT OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES ARE, AND HOW WE WOULD APPROACH THINGS IN THE FUTURE. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF SOME STRATEGIC PLANNING SO WE CAN BETTER SERVE OUR MEMBER FIRMS. WE HELD ALL OF OUR REGULAR PROGRAMMING AND CREATED A CLEAR DIRECTION FOR OUR PROGRAMMING. WE NOW HAVE EXTERNAL FOCUSED PROGRAMMING, WHICH IS WHERE WE HOST THE VARIOUS CLIENTS STATE, CITY, LOCAL MPO TO TALK ABOUT ONGOING PROJECTS AND FUTURE WORK. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO OUR MEMBER FIRMS. WE THEN HAVE MORE INTERNALLY FOCUSED PROGRAMMING, SUCH AS THE IT COMMITTEE, HR, AND BUSINESS PRACTICES, RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES.
