Program accomplishments

  • Contest Season: We hold 10 - 15 events during the Contest Season. The events help us identify strong fundraisers who will become successful Calendar Men and raise money for the remainder of the year.
    Expenses $130,973 · grants $110,000 · revenue $44,917
  • Calendar Man Events: We typically hold 25 - 30 events throughout the year that the team participates in to raise funds. There are a wide variety of event types - selling calendars at street fairs, hosting dance parties, working at concession stands at the ballpark (organization gets a donation for this service). Each person that we select for the team is expected to attend at least 60% of the events.
    Expenses $61,204 · revenue $162,061
  • Calendar Sales: Once the team is selected, we host multiple photo shoots and produce a physical calendar that we sell throughout the year. This typically entails 5 - 10 events to capture the images, then our Creative Team produces the calendar. We generally break even with this program. Its purpose is to entice contestants to sign up for the Contest Season and then we use calendar sales as a means to keep people engaged and have them attend the Calendar Man Events.
    Expenses $14,626 · revenue $14,426
