HEALTHY DEMOCRACY AIMS TO ADDRESS SYSTEMIC DISENFRANCHISEMENT OF PEOPLE OF COLOR AROUND THE COUNTRY. CEF ENGAGES POLICY AND ADVOCACY PARTNERS TO INCREASE PUBLIC TURNOUT TO VOTING AND TO EDUCATE VOTERS ABOUT HOW POLICY POSITIONS IMPACT YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
