MAKE SMALL BUSINESSES AWARE OF THE POSSIBLE PITFALLS IN FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS AND EDUCATE THEM ON HOW TO NAVIGATE THEM.BY HIGHLIGHTING INHERENT PROBLEMS WITH CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS THAT ARE NOT FAIR TO FRANCHISEES AND EDUCATING THE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS HOW TO NAVIGATE THOSE AGREEMENTS TO MAKE THEM MORE TRANSPARENT AND FAIR.
