Mission

The Downtown Pullman Association coordinates efforts of residents, businesses, and all partners in our community to create and sustain vitality in our historic downtown.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • Downtown events are one of the most visible ways the DPA brings people together, supports local businesses, and strengthens community pride. In 2025 we partnered with local organizations, sponsors, and volunteers to deliver signature events that energized Main Street and generated direct economic impact for downtown businesses. Some of the significant events were Downtown Trick or Treat, Lentil Fest Friday and Lentil Crawl,Crimson and Gray Pub Crawl, and Art Walk.
    Expenses $58,110 · revenue $13,510
  • In 2024 the Downtown Pullman Association was awarded a T-Mobile Hometown Grant. In 2025 a portion helped add movable furniture to downtown plazas and improve public gathering spaces. The furniture is now used to support downtown businesses, community events, and new initiatives like the Pullman Market on Main and the Winter Market on Main. The tables and chairs have helped activate many underutilized areas and are enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.
    Expenses $36,319
  • The Downtown Pullman Association launched the Beautiful Buildings grant program in 2025 to support small-scale, high-impact exterior improvements in downtown. Four projects received support, with up to $500 in reimbursable funds per project to help property owners and tenants boost curb appeal. These improvements do no just benefit one building, they help uplift the entire Main Street.
    Expenses $9,340 · revenue $6,473
