Mission
THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED IN ORDER TO CREATE AN OPERATING PLATFORM PARTNERING WITH AND SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO ACHIEVING JEWISH UNITY - AM ECHAD - THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, CULTURAL AND COMMERCIAL EXCHANGE. THE PLATFORM WILL BECOME A "FORCE MULTIPLIER" FOR THOSE DEDICATED TO THIS CAUSE BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL, STRATEGIC, OPEN SOURCE, AND INTELLECTUAL SUPPORT AND BY LEVERAGING THE ALLIANCE'S CONVENING AND COORDINATING POWER IN ORDER TO BROADEN THE IMPACT OF ITS MEMBERS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS.
Program accomplishments
- THE YEAR 2025 WAS CHARACTERIZED BY SIGNIFICANT EXPANSION INTO NEW AREAS OF ACTIVITY FOR ENTER: THE JEWISH PEOPLEHOOD ALLIANCE. IN PARTICULAR, THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFORMED ITS DIGITAL MEETING PLATFORM FROM AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM DESIGNED PRIMARILY TO FACILITATE VIRTUAL STUDENT ENCOUNTERS INTO A BROADER TECHNOLOGICAL PLATFORM CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS AMONG DIVERSE POPULATIONS WITHIN THE GLOBAL JEWISH COMMUNITY, INCLUDING BOTH TEENS AND ADULTS. SINCE THE LAUNCH OF THE "ONE2ONE" FLAGSHIP PROGRAM, NUMEROUS PARTNER AGENCIES HAVE APPROACHED THE ORGANIZATION TO EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITY OF ADAPTING THE YOUTH-FOCUSED VIRTUAL MEETING MODEL TO ADDITIONAL ADULT STAKEHOLDER POPULATIONS. FOLLOWING A MAJOR TECHNOLOGY ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVE - LAUNCHED IN MID-2024 WITH THE RECRUITMENT OF A CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO) AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INTERNAL TECHNOLOGY TEAM - THE UPGRADED SYSTEMS ENABLED THE ORGANIZATION TO DEVELOP AN ADULT MATCHING ALGORITHM AND BEGIN EXPANDING ITS SERVICES TO NEW SEGMENTS OF THE JEWISH COMMUNITY. THE ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED ITS FIRST PARTNERSHIP IN THIS AREA WITH MOMENTUM, AN ORGANIZATION THAT FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS HAS FOCUSED ON ENGAGING JEWISH MOTHERS WORLDWIDE THROUGH LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS, EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES, AND ISRAEL-BASED JOURNEYS, INCLUDING PROGRAMS THAT HAVE BROUGHT THOUSANDS OF JEWISH WOMEN TO ISRAEL AND FACILITATED MEANINGFUL ENCOUNTERS WITH ISRAELI MOTHERS. A PILOT PROGRAM FOR THE FIRST SERIES OF ADULT VIRTUAL ENCOUNTERS, INCORPORATING THE NEW MATCHING ALGORITHM, IS SCHEDULED TO LAUNCH IN EARLY 2026. THE YEAR 2025 WAS ALSO MARKED BY AN EXPANSION IN THE NUMBER OF COUNTRIES FROM WHICH JEWISH YOUTH PARTICIPATED IN THE ORGANIZATION'S PROGRAMS. ONE OF THE KEY FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THIS GROWTH WAS THE DEEPENING OF THE ORGANIZATION'S STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH MOSAIC, WHICH SUPPORTS YOUNG ADULTS SEEKING TO PARTICIPATE IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN ISRAEL. AS PART OF ITS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT, MOSAIC REQUIRES PARTICIPANTS TO TAKE PART IN ENTER'S ONE2ONE PROGRAM, THEREBY INCREASING EXPOSURE TO THE ORGANIZATION'S EDUCATIONAL MODEL AMONG YOUNG JEWISH COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE. THE ORGANIZATION'S FLAGSHIP EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVE FOR ISRAELI ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS - "PEOPLEHOOD INFUSED SCHOOLS" - CONTINUED TO GROW THROUGHOUT 2025. BY THE CONCLUSION OF THE PROGRAM YEAR, MORE THAN 30 ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOLS ACROSS ISRAEL WERE PARTICIPATING IN THE INITIATIVE.Expenses $1,188,839 · grants $1,150,000
