Mission
LUMINIS HEALTH J. KENT MCNEW FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEATH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AND SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITES SERVED BY LUMINIS HEALTH TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH OF THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES LUMINIS SERVES.
Program accomplishments
- J. KENT MCNEW FAMILY MEDICAL CENTER IS A STAND-ALONE MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY THAT PROVIDES BOTH INPATIENT AND OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. OPENED IN 2020, THE CENTER INCLUDES A 16-BED INPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH UNIT, A PSYCHIATRIC DAY HOSPITAL (ALSO KNOWN AS A PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM), AN INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM AND REFERRAL AND CARE COORDINATION SERVICES FOR COMMUNITY-BASED TREATMENT. THE HEALTH FACILITY OFFERS SERVICES FOR CHRONIC CONDITIONS (SCHIZOPHRENIA, DEPRESSION, BIPOLAR DISORDER) AND CLINICAL SPECIALITES (BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEPRESSION & ANXIETY).Expenses $8,630,427 · revenue $7,848,491
