THE PURPOSE OF THE VIRGINIA DERMATOLOGY SOCIETY IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING, BUILDING LOCAL PEER RELATIONSHIPS, ADVOCACY AND A VOICE ON LOCAL LEGISLATIVE ISSUES, EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES, AS WELL AS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.
