PROXIMATE SHIPPERS ASSOCIATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE COMMON BUSINESS INTERESTS WITHIN THE OCEAN CARRIER TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY ON BEHALF OF ITS MEMBERS THROUGH COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION TO ENSURE COST EFFECTIVENESS AND EQUITABLE TRADE FOR THE INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.
