Program accomplishments
- During the reporting year, Camp Verde Arena Association carried out its exempt purpose by providing facilities, financial support, and program assistance to youth organizations, schools, and other community-based groups. The Association hosted more than 56 events during the year, approximately 85% of which were provided as donated-use events, allowing participating organizations to conduct their activities without facility-use charges. These donated events supported a variety of charitable, educational, and community programs, including activities conducted by 4-H, FFA, Christian School programs, Rusty's Morning Star Ranch for adults with autism, and other local youth clubs and organizations. By providing access to arena facilities and related support at no cost, the Association helped reduce operating expenses for these groups and expanded community access to educational, agricultural, recreational, and inclusive programming. In addition to in-kind facility support, the Association provided more than $17,000 in donations and scholarships during the year to assist participating organizations, students, and community members. This amount does not include the cost of awards purchased and provided separately by the Association, which constituted additional program support beyond the reported donations and scholarships. Through these activities, Camp Verde Arena Association furthered its charitable and educational mission by supporting youth development, agricultural education, school and community programming, and services benefiting individuals with special needs.Expenses $72,950
