Mission

To provide free group guitar lessons to children living in the under-resourced communities in the South Bay Area, part of the greater Los Angeles County We serve students attending Title I schools and who lack the opportunities to music education. All students receive an instrument and all necessary materials to participate in the guitar program.

  • Guitars Antiqua provides free guitar lessons, enrichment opportunities, workshops, and student concerts. We offer classes at our local park site and at school sites from the Lawndale school district. During our 2024-25 program year, we served over 100 students.
