Mission

Animal Rescue, Adoption, and Relocation Service

990-EZ for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • Over 225 animals were rescued in Del Rio, Texas, and then adopted or relocated to other animal welfare programs. These animals were provided the necessary medical treatment before relocation or adoption. A small increase is expected in 2025 because there is little to no support from law enforcement pertaining to the enforcement of federal, state, and local animal welfare laws.
    Expenses $66,065
  • AARC participated in various outreach programs in Del Rio, Texas, to assist pet owners with transporting pets for veterinarian care and treatment. In some instances the organization provided food for pets whose owners could not afford to feed them. These outreach programs are expected to continue in 2025 due to the economy of the area.
    Expenses $1,500
