Mission
KHEPERA Institute of Strategic Analysis is a nonprofit charitable, educational, and public policy organization based in the Washington DC area. Our mission is to promote creative, innovative, and practical ideas and solutions to further self-reliance in third world countries in general and sub-Saharan African countries in particular. The institute approaches issues facing those countries through multidisciplinary studies including but not limited to economics, culture, technology, engineering, health care, law, and international relations.
Program accomplishments
- Mr. Bekima taught a mini-course of 10 hours at ESIAC (Central Africa School of Engineering and Management, Cameroon) from April 20, 2026 to April 24, 2026. The course title was: Optimal Control and Applications. Population: 3rd and 4th year engineering students.
- Mr. Ngollo provides a 2 days training on DevOps in Congo on March 2026.
