Mission

Immigration Anchored Roots intends to develop an online marketplace where indigenous community artist and crafters or current immigrants can create their own online store and sell to shoppers looking for culturally or geographically unique wares. Anchored Roots will maintain the site, help vendors create their store, and market to potential customers

990-EZ for the year ended June 30, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • No accomplishments yet to report, other than many wonderful ideas of how we are going to make a major impact in the need for people to migrate from their homeland.
  • In 2023 we have added a new Director of Media, Caira Neville, who has experience in the social media sector. We believe she will be a great assistance in fund raising and getting out our message to potential donors. Also, we are ramping up an effort to start grant writing in late 2023.
  • Anchored Roots has begun using AI programs to assist with the construction of our cornerstone website for indigenous artists and crafters. We are excited about the possibility of bringing the website online at a very low cost. We are also using AI to gather information about potential donors or partners who share the same goal of maintaining families and communities around the world.
