EQUIPPING LEADER MINISTRIES BELIEVES THE LOCAL CHURCH IS THE SINGLE MOST POWERFUL ENTITY ON EARTH. WE EXIST TO HELP LOCAL CHURCHES BECOME EQUIPPING "HUBS," WHERE EVERY PASTOR IS AN EQUIPPER, AND EVERY BELIEVER IS A DISCIPLE-MAKER, PREPARING PEOPLE TO REACH OUT INTO THE CULTURE IN A TRANSFORMATIVE WAY.

- TAKE CHURCHES THROUGH A PROCESS INCLUDING: ASSESS, DESIGN, IMPLEMENT, MULTIPLY, AND ANCHOR CHANGE IN A TRANSFORMATIVE PROCESS. INCLUDES: MEETING WITH CHURCH STAFFS AND LEADERS, COACHING LEADERS INDIVIDUALLY, PRODUCING/WRITING MATERIALS, RAISING FUNDS,AND RECRUITING NEW LEADERS.
