THE MISSION OF THE BOISE PHILHARMONIC ASSOCIATION, INC., IS TO PERFORM ORCHESTRAL MUSIC AND EDUCATE COMMUNITY MEMBERS REGARDING ORCHESTRAL MUSIC.
