Mission
Family Promise of Yucaipa-Calimesa aims to end family homelessness. We are an interfaith organization that partners with and mobilizes volunteers from the faith-based community to end homelessness for Yucaipa-Calimesa's families and their children. Together, we have seen success that lasts. Families in our program receive a full complement of resources, support and training as they work towards their own stability and self-reliance.
Program accomplishments
- Family Promise helps local communities coordinate their compassion to address the root causes of family homelessness. We address the issue holistically, providing prevention services before families reach crisis, shelter and case management when they become homeless, and stabilization programs once they have secured housing to ensure they remain independent. We tap existing local resources to empower families towards economic stability. Families come to us in crisis; we help them rebuild their lives with new skills and ongoing support.Expenses $22,123
