CAMEROON HUMANITARIAN RELIEF INITIATIVE (CHRI) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HUMANITARIAN RELIEF TO THOSE IMPACTED BY THE HUMANITARIAN CRISE AS WELL AS ADVOCATE FOR A PEACEFUL RESOLUTION OF THE ARMED CONFLICT IN CAMEROON.

  • IN-LINE CHLORINATION IN REFUGEE CAMPS AND COMMUNITIES: THE CAMEROON HUMANITARIAN RELIEF INITIATIVE (CHRI), THROUGH RHEMA CARE IN NIGERIA, PILOTED THE IN-LINE CHLORINATION IN REFUGEE CAMPS AND HOST COMMUNITIES IN FOUR STATES OF NIGERIA- BENUE, TARABA, AKWA IBOM, AND CROSS RIVER. THE PROJECT IS ONGOING AND ADDITIONAL FUNDING IS EXPECTED TO BE DISBURSED IN DUE COURSE.

THIS INVOLVES AN 8-WEEK COURSE FOR 20 WOMEN WIDOWED BY THE CRISIS, FOCUSING ON MENTAL HEALTH RECOVERY AND ECONOMIC RESILIENCE.
