Mission

NCCAs primary exempt purpose is to be a forum for credit professionals to engage in industry education networking and the sharing of historical credit information.

990-EZ for the year ended June 30, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • Education programs: 45% of the NCCAs activities. These activities are conducted at quarterly meetings that rotate around different locations in the U.S. and Canada convenient to the NCCAs members. One meeting a year in February is the annual conference which adds several extra days of educational programs for its members. These educational programs are funded by member dues by sponsors who attend the conference and by attendance fees. It is impossible to divide the NCCAs expenses among these three categories. Every dollar of expense goes toward all three purposes.
  • Sharing customer historical credit information: 45% of the NCCAs activities. This information is shared by posting information to the NCCAs website and is also exchanged during a portion of the quarterly meeting set aside for that purpose. For the NCCAs international customers part of this historical information sharing includes discussion of country specific credit and collection issues. It is impossible to divide the NCCAs expenses among these three categories. Every dollar of expense goes toward all three purposes.
  • Networking: 10% of the NCCAs activities. The remainder of the time at the NCCAs meetings is spent on networking related activities including discussion with other credit professionals of developments in the industry and of job openings and job candidates. It is impossible to divide the NCCAs expenses among these three categories. Every dollar of expense goes toward all three purposes.
