Mission

Project beloved strives to educate, advocate, and collaborate to change the conversation about sexual assault and empower survivors to find their voices.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • PROJECT BELOVED PROVIDES BELOVED BUNDLES TO RAPE SURVIVORS THAT UNDERGO FORENSIC EXAMS FOLLOWING AN ASSAULT. MANY TIMES, THEIR BELONGINGS ARE SEIZED AS EVIDENCE, AND THEY ARE LEFT WITHOUT ANYTHING TO WEAR HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL.A BELOVED BUNDLE INCLUDES: CLOTHING, UNDERGARMENTS, HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND OTHER NECESSARY ITEMS SO THAT THE SURVIVOR CAN LEAVE WITH DIGNITY AND KNOW THAT SOMEONE CARES.PROJECT BELOVED DONATED almost 10,000 BUNDLES DURING THIS YEAR.
    Expenses $296,923 · grants $262,653
  • Evidence based practices call for a trauma informed approach to reports of rape and sexual assault, and a soft interview room is considered an integral component of trauma informed care. Creating a space that is comfortable rather than stark allows the participant to feel physically and emotionally safe and can have a significant impact on the interview process. In 2025, Project Beloved installed 36 Soft Interview Rooms. We provided design assistance and donated art for an additional 16 Soft Interview Rooms.
    Expenses $104,325 · grants $92,674
