Mission

Homes and Hope Community Land Trust puts homeownership within reach of moderate income families living and working in Snohomish County.

990 for the year ended December 31, 2025

Program accomplishments

  • Homes and Hope Community Land Trust went under contract to co-purchase with low-income households 6 townhouses currently owned by another nonprofit; this perpetuates the subsidy and expands affordable homeownership in the City of Everett. We taught monthly orientation sessions for prospective buyers, a few 1st time homebuyer classes, and also mentored 2 high school interns in the many aspects of affordable housing development. We are working on the pre construction tasks for 47 new homes in three different communities.
    Expenses $3,334
