VIRGINIA CHAPTER APCO IS A MEMBER DRIVEN ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC-SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS OFFICIALS PROVIDING LEADERSHIP, PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND FOSTERING THE PROGRESSION AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY BENEFITING THOSE WHO ACCESS 9-1-1 AND OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES.
