Mission

To help the community navigate mental health and substance use recovery resources

990 for the year ended December 31, 2024

Program accomplishments

  • To help members of the community navigate mental health and substance recovery services. We provide licensed professional counselors and licensed social workers who function as navigators to help individuals in our community to connect to specific mental health resources they need. We have developed a database that contains information on counselors, treatment centers, hospitals, support groups, mental health organizations, educational events, crisis resources and other information to help individuals in need. The database is an important tool because it provides a centralized trusted place in the community for people to look for resources.
