Program accomplishments

  • RESEARCH1. EIPCas observation program was updated in preparation for the Nov. 4, 2025 Special Election regarding Prop. 50 redistricting. 2. EIPCa made our Citizen Observer Guideline available to assist all citizens interested in observing the Special election. - The Guidelines will help citizens gain a better understanding of their right to observe as well as the responsibility to ask questions while not interfering with the election process. - EIPCa trained our EIPCa Observers to observe the election process, address the issues as they occurred, document the issues and our efforts to address them. 3. EIPCa researched the VoteCal voter rolls for the November 4, 2025 Special Election. - EIPCa purchased and researched the statewide voter rolls at the start of the Nov. 4th election; at the close of the Nov. 4th election; and 90 days after the Nov. 4th election. - Our research revealed the same issues identified in the research of the 2022 certified election results in that the county voter roll data, election methods used, and the number of votes cast does not match the Secretary of State reports. - EIPCa will take action in 2026 to address the egregious disenfranchisement of California citizen voters.
    Expenses $21,150
  • EDUCATION1. EIPCa delivered presentations to various groups in person and electronically, including 11 education/fundraising tours in CA and DC this year. - EIPCa was invited by national nonprofit organization Eagle Forum to join them in Washington, DC to meet with legislators regarding issues of concern to citizens across the country. EIPCa focused on our work with election integrity issues. - EIPCa President spoke nine times at citizens group events about the issues in the election system in California identified by EIPCa. - EIPCa educated citizens about the research done by EIPCa identifying issues that have resulted in the loss of integrity in CA elections. - EIPCa took the opportunity to update people about the legal action we are involved with and to raise funds to cover the costs. - In our presentations we invite CA citizens, regardless of party affiliation, to sign up with EIPCa to be trained to observe the election process as an EIPCa volunteer.2. EIPCa sent out educational articles explaining what the state and county election procedures are for managing elections and processing ballots. We also sent out educational articles explaining how citizens can observe the election process as a CA citizen if they were not able to sign up to observe with EIPCa.3. EIPCa developed a weekly Newsletter with articles written by EIPCa writers, as well as links to articles regarding election integrity issues across the country. 4. EIPCa maintained a website; sent out group emails, and sent press releases, which provided information and news about election laws, election integrity, and how citizens can be involved. - Our Webmaster created updates to the website to make it possible to post each article and Newsletter after they are sent out, as well a way to present each Series of Articles in a box so that readers can easily find each Series.
    Expenses $37,643
  • ADVOCACY1. EIPCa continues to challenge Californias unconstitutional election laws by submitting a Proposal for comprehensive Federal Election Integrity Legislation. - EIPCa worked with Advocates for Faith and Freedom to provide a Proposal to Congress for Federal Election Integrity Legislation. - EIPCa included in the Proposal an appendix of 101 citations of 15 years of our research and evidence that Californias election laws and procedures have created an election system that is easily manipulated through entry-points of corruption. - EIPCa provided the Proposal to Chairman Steil of Committee on House Administration who included all but two of EIPCas 17 points in the Make Elections Great Again: How to Restore Trust and Integrity in Federal Elections (MEGA Act). - The MEGA Act continues to go through the Congress process of getting a bill passed and will continue in 2026 with the goal of being voted on in 2027.2. EIPCa sent a team to Washington DC to provide a Proposal Packet to 20 legislators from across the nation who indicated concern with the lack of integrity in the election system in California and other states.3. EIPCa retained Advocates for Faith and Freedom (AFF) to address serious issues identified in EIPCas research of the 2022 certified election. - EIPCas research showed the number of statewide November 8, 2022 votes provided to EIPCa by the Secretary of States VoteCal department pursuant to EC 2191 exceeded the certified number of votes by 43,624 votes. - AFF filed a Peremptory Writ of Mandate on behalf of EIPCa against the CA Secretary of State and Los Angeles County Registrar of Voters in February 2025 with the goal of preventing this from happening in the 2025 Special Election.
    Expenses $61,005 · grants $45,000
